Images of the Past: Sheffield in the 1980s

Many Orgreave Truth and Justice Campaign supporters have bought the ‘Images of the Past: The Miners Strike’ book featuring the photographs of the late Martin Jenkinson with words from Mark Metcalf. The OTJC was able to sell a good number of these books, a fabulous boost to our OTJC income.

Another book of Martin’s photographs ‘Images of the Past: Sheffield in the 1980s’ has now been released by Martin’s daughter, Justine, and Mark Metcalf. It contains a section of Miners’ photos including some from Orgreave that supporters may not have previously seen. 

There will be a book launch & signing in Sheffield on 1 December at The Harland Cafe in Sheffield from 2:30pm and anyone around that day is welcome to come along.
