Still the enemy within: Wortley Hall

On Wed. Feb. 18th Wortley Hall is screening the award winning documentary about the miners’ strike, “Still the Enemy Within”. This is a screening encouraged by Barnsley Trades Council.

Their venue holds about 100  and they have already sold 50 tickets so it is likely to sell out. I would like to encourage you to come and see the film yourself if you have not yet seen it (or want to see it again!) Please forward this to trade unionists and activists you know in the Penistone area particularly.

They are starting the evening at 6pm with pie and peas and the film will start at 7.30pm.

The film continues to attract big audiences: there were 60 last Friday at Montgomery hall in Wath and it is featuring at a Canadian documentary film festival this month.
