Orgreave Inquiry motion at Bradford Council

On Tuesday 18^th October I will be speaking on a motion at Full Council calling on the Government to set up a full independent public inquiry into the actions of the police and authorities at The Battle of Orgreave in 1984. The Orgreave Truth & Justice Campaign is gathering momentum nationally and a united front on this issue will make the public inquiry more likely.

There will be a photo call and interview opportunities on Tuesday 18^th October at 3pm at the side entrance of City Hall opposite the magistrate courts for anyone interested in displaying a show of solidarity on this important issue.

Please do come along if you can and share this email with anyone who may be interested in being in the photo for local press.

The council meeting commences at 4pm and anyone would be welcome to stay to hear the debate.
