Angela Davis in Belfast
Reclaim the Agenda also hosted a visit to Belfast by Angela Davis, 23 years after her last visit to the city. She addressed three meetings over two days, discussing social, economic, racial and gender justice issues to packed audiences, in Belfast City Hall, at Queens University, and at a Communist Party of Ireland event. The OTJC had the honour of meeting her and presenting her with one of our t-shirts.

Rest in Power Naomi Connor
During our time in Belfast we were well looked after by a group of dedicated, energetic and wonderful women organisers and campaigners including Lynda Walker, Helen Crickard, Kellie O’Dowd and Naomi Connor.
We recently received the heartbreaking news that Naomi Connor has died. Thank you Naomi for all the amazing work you did to try to make this world a better place. Rest in Power Naomi
